Sunset Pointe 1 BR, 2BA Garden Apartment

We understand your families health and well being is very important. The Pointe House apartment is in a private single family residence. We, the owners, are not on the property when the apartment is rented so you would be the only ones in the building. Of course, we have a caretaker that lives on site if you should need anything. We do share the pool, 2 docks, and 3 rooftop viewing decks with 12 other units but since we are a small property these areas are never crowded.

On first floor of private residence in Placencia Village, Belize surrounded by water on three sides. For the couple who wants total privacy, yet just a five minute walk into the village. Covered private porches that look onto a lovely garden, tropical mangroves, and the Caribbean Sea.

Furnished in Belize tropical rattan, beautiful local artwork, and all full size, stainless steel appliances plus washer and dryer.

Our local guide will pick you up onsite for offshore trips to reef and island hopping or land adventures to Mayan ruins, caves, ziplining, waterfalls, horseback riding, or hiking the Jaguar Cockscomb Preserve. Property includes a 24/7 onsite care taker, pool, jaccuzi, and two docks. Come enjoy Placencia Village, Belize!

Sunset Point was a beautiful place. Very clean and quiet. The caretaker, Rosa was very accommodating and wonderful! We will be back! This was just what we needed to get away from our Alaskan winter. Only thing I regret is not going fishing. Maybe next time!

Lobsterfest

Pointe House is an attractive, clean, and well-appointed vacation home. There is a friendly caretaker on site. The pool is very nice and the views are outstanding.The road to the village is a little rocky for walking after dark so renting a golf cart may be a good idea.

Great Place

Excellent location, everything smooth about checking in and the workings of the house. The swimming beach is in town, a few hundred yards away, but we enjoyed sitting on the docks or in the palapa, or using the pool.

Diving and exploring Placencia

Very nice home. Great water views. Bigger than you think. Nicely decorated with local art. Close to town. The grounds look like they are out of a travel magazine.

Placencia Sunset Pointe

We very much enjoyed the property. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a daily swim. The kayaks were fun to use in the canal and close to shore. Our only wish is that we could have had access to the beautiful views from the roof deck.

Fishing headquarters

Absolutely great place to stay in Placencia. Fishing charter was Charlie Leslie. Picked us up and dropped off at the dock and brief walk into town for dinners. Never got into the pool but was well kept and beautiful grounds.

We loved our 4 day stay at Sunset Pointe house apartment! The location is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is lovely with everything you need to have a home away from home. We loved hanging out on the dock at sunset. The kayaks were fun for exploring the area. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing time!

Feel like a local with the best location. We were so impressed with property. Everything you could need. Used kayaks and bikes, but remting golf cart was great for grocery getting and dark night travel. Thanks for list of good places to go. We loved it!

Sunset Pointe Get a Way

Property is awesome clean and very nice. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and listening to the ocean. Our fishing guide and tour guide came by and picked us up by boat right next to the house. Rosa is sweetheart and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I have owned a home in Placencia for 13 years. We loved visiting the Florida Keys until it became so crowded with people and boats. The Peninsula and Placencia remind us of what the Keys and Key West must have been like 75 or 100 years ago.

Where else in the world can you dive or fish on the second longest Barrier Reef in the world in the morning and cave or hike through pristine jungle mountains and go to waterfalls in the afternoon.

We love it here because no other country in Central America offers so much for so little effort in such a tiny land mass. Add to this the environmentally caring infrastructure and English speaking, friendly, laid-back people and you soon realize that Belize really does have it all.

The fishing is some of the best in the world and the wildlife viewing is spectacular. It is an adventure lovers paradise.
