Level Skaneateles Lakefront Woodland Cottage

Skaneateles Cottages is now offering this exceptional property on the sunset side of Skaneateles Lake. Woodland Cottage has been completely renovated to offer lakeside living to guest looking to explore and enjoy the Village of Skaneateles and Finger Lakes region. This 3/bd, 1/ba on level frontage with minimal stairs offers a great living space, easy access to the lake and a mooring ball as well as trailer storage for bringing the boat. Take the boat or drive to the village 6 miles down.



Woodland cottage is a 3bd/1ba with multi unit ductless hvac systems and many other conveniences of home which include washer/dryer, dish washer and a fully functional kitchen.



Entire house minus owner’s shed



Property Manager will contact guest and provide lease agreement along with property specific information. We seek exceptional guest for exceptional owners.



Quiet lake road off the main road with in a lake neighborhood with lake neighbors. It is necessary to be a mindful and respectful neighbor when booking this property.



Skaneateles Village is approximately 6 miles down.

Lovely Cottage on the Lake

What an enjoyable time my husband and I had at this cozy, adorable cottage on Skaneateles Lake. The location was fantastic, right on the lake and yet also nestled in the woods. The house was well appointed, clean, updated and comfortable. We plan to return. Highly recommend.

Pretty tough to beat!

A really nice house in a really nice area on Skaneateles Lake! The house has just been completely redone and everything is just about perfect. All new appliances and fixtures. All new floors...you get the picture. Very nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. Extremely clean and tidy. Most everything you will need is there. The Lake is the star and you are right on it with a large deck overlooking it and a really nice dock right out in the water. The manager of the property is extremely professional and very attentive with each detail of your stay. As I said, this one would be hard to beat!
