Thank you for your feedback, John. We’re glad you took the time to share your suggestion. At this time, the property is advertised and listed without pool heating, and we aim to ensure this is clearly reflected in the listing details so guests know what to expect before booking. We appreciate your comment and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. ❤️ Emperor Rentals 👑

The host was communicative and positive. We did have issues with drains and finding bath towels initially but they helped us out. They offered to have someone come fix the drains while we were there but we opted to just not use one sink and one shower during our stay and it was fine. We appreciated their promptness and willingness to fix it.

Pleasant home. Quiet community. Close to fun family attractions. We were less than 20 minutes or so from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We were surrounded by at least 3 Walmarts. There was a mall and restaurants even closer. The home itself was older but clean with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Having 3 bathrooms was a blessing. Pool was lovely, private and screened in. Loved that sheets and comforters on the bed were white. The hosts were very responsive and kind which was very much appreciated. And finally, check-in and check-out were a breeze without laundry list of tasks to complete. If our vacation plans take us to the Tampa area we will definitely look for this property again.
