Private driveway parking for two vehicles. Close to historic Washburne District in downtown Springfield and within minutes to Autzen stadium and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to McKenzie Willamette Hospital. Living room offers a fold out sofa for extra sleeping space. Washer and dryer inside with soap provided.
