Come and enjoy Anna Maria Island in our charming duplex villa in Holmes Beach with water views and a dock. You can bring your boat or enjoy the wonderful canal/bay views.
The layout offers 2 bedrooms/2 baths (King & Queen beds). There is an additional queen-size Murphy Chest bed in the living area that can be separated from the main room by closing the folding doors (see pictures). This Murphy bed offers flexibility for your group and is great for families traveling with kids. Easy to set up with detailed instructions provided. Both bathrooms feature showers, ensuring a refreshing start and end to your days.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits, with a stove, oven, air fryer, and basic utensils. We provide coffee, tea, and essential kitchen supplies, ensuring a homey experience. We are foodies who love to cook so we have stocked with avid cookers in mind!
Enjoy the outdoor area with a dining table, sitting area, and grill, creating the perfect setting for al fresco meals by the water. Boaters will appreciate the dock equipped with a fish prep station. A boat-lift is available for an extra fee. Public boat access is just down the road.
We've got your beach adventures covered with six beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach towels at your disposal. Nearby parks offer pickleball, tennis, bocce ball and many other amenities to enjoy! Equipment to enjoy these amenities is included for added fun. The beach is only a 4-block stroll away.
Want to bring your boat? The public boat access is just steps away from Villa Mar. We also offer the use of our boat lift for an extra fee.
Villa Mar is walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Holmes Beach such as Ugly Grouper, the Waterline Hotel and Hurricane Hanks! Perfect for families looking to have dining options close by. We would love to host you and your loved ones in our waterfront home!
My husband James and I are available to answer any questions throughout the stay! We are here to ensure that you make the most out of your stay while also allowing you to relax. We are working professionals who manage this home on our own as a labor of love so be mindful that it might take us an hour or so to get back to you but we will do so ASAP. We will also provide you with our personal cellphone for any emergencies. We are local to the Tampa Bay area and are here to share our home and our favorite spots in AMI!
Seaside Gardens is a quaint and quiet waterfront community. Bocce ball, pickleball and tennis are right across the street. Public boat access, is down the street. Beach is a short stroll away as well as restaurants and shopping. We want our guests to relax and enjoy their stay while being mindful and respectful of our neighbors.
Two covered parking spots are available at the Villa while guest parking is nearby. Golf Cart rental companies are available throughout the island for an easy and fun way to get around! Please see listing pictures to get an idea of where beach, boat access and other amenities are located.
