Sitting on a golf course and canal, this 3 bedroom 2 bath, property boasts an open-air floorplan allowing guests to feel the Floridian flow. Enjoy the screened-in lanai and pool w/optional heat just steps away from the bright, airy interior. Whether you head to the Sunshine State for golfing, fishing, or rest and relaxation, this property is situated in the ideal location for all of the above!
The space
Private, quiet lot backing to the 9th tee of one of the three Long Marsh golf courses. Firepit for cool Florida evenings facing the canal. Pool (optional heater 10 dollars per night ) with screened lanai and gas BBQ grill. Bikes and beach chairs available for use. Dedicated office space for pleasure or remote work.
Approved pets are $100 per pet per stay, non-refundable. There is a max of 2 non aggressive dogs allowed per stay. Fenced yard.
Close to Boca Grande and Manasota Key beaches.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, minus the attic. Enjoy.
