Welcome! This cozy studio is perfect for couples, and small families or friends who want a centrally located and comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the outdoors. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor patio while you soak in the fresh mountain air. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with mountain décor that focuses on cleanliness and simplicity. The Kings Run community also features a pool, hot tub and game room for all to enjoy.

The studio has a comfortable queen bed and a queen pull out couch for your use. Minutes from Kings Beach you will likely spend more time outside than in the studio, however, everything you will need at your home away from home will be available including fast wifi and kitchen amenities. We have bath and beach towels for your use. While there's no air conditioning you do have fans and rarely need it in the Lake Tahoe region with the cool crisp nights during the summer. Please note as this is a studio there is no closet or drawers. During the winter enjoy the fireplace that you can turn on with a click of a button.

Nice Stay

Check-in was easy. Location to Tahoe Vista and the entire North Shore of Lake Tahoe was very good. Kitchen was nice, pool ok. Some missing things: no closet or dresser, limited towels/wash cloths in Bathroom. Overall, it’s a good and reasonable stay, especially for a Single, Couple, or small Family.

We appreciate your feedback about the storage and linens. The studio's compact layout means we've opted for open hanging options with 5 hooks instead of a traditional dresser. That said, your comment has us thinking about how we can improve—adding more hooks or other space-saving solutions may be a great idea. Also, just for future reference, we do keep additional towels and washcloths in a storage container under the bed, as noted in our house manual—typically providing around 4 extra sets in addition to what's in the bathroom. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
