Scalding Hot Showers

On its own the water temperature in all three showers changed from scalding hot to cold to hot over again making the showers unusable. The upstairs bathrooms have motion sensor lights which turn a very bright light in the nighttime. Poor sound insulation allowed too much noise. Very few kitchen items, no coffee. No information book. Watch out for street sweeping-the city gives parking tickets!
