1st-floor 2-bedroom condo at Park Shore Resort, now featuring brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances just installed.
Park Shore Resort offers every amenity you could want, including an on-site restaurant, heated pool, hot tub, picnic area, BBQ grills, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts, & an exercise room. Perfectly located in the heart of Naples, you’ll be within walking distance to great restaurants & shops, & just minutes from the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, & of course Naples’s famous beaches. A peaceful & centrally located place to stay.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
For reservations made on or after April 8, 2026, this fee is already included in your total booking amount, please disregard the above.

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Awesome!

Everything about our experience here was outstanding! They provide many extras like pool noodles, beach chairs, beach towels, and a brand new pickle ball set. Boy were they prompt with their communication. I don't think I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for any response from the team. That's comforting to know in the event you would ever need anything. 5 stars, all day long!

Disappointed

I checked in and went to take a shower and place just smelled terrible. Went to sleep in other bedroom due to the smell and the sheets were covered in blood. Called manager and they came and ran the water for 1 hour saying it was stagnet water and changed sheets. My daughter then reached out to shorten my stay due to conditions and manager never responded.

We appreciate all reviews but we must respond to reviews that are inaccurate or misleading. Firstly I never heard from your daughter about changing the dates. Secondly, if you had contacted us straight away we would have fixed any issues immediately. Thirdly you are being very misleading with being covered in blood is a ridiculous exaggeration. My cleaners came to fix this straight away and they found that the blood was fresh and must have come from a cut or scratch on yourself. Neitherless we changed sheets and did everything to make you comfortable. My cleaners are amazing and would never do such a thing( please check other reviews on my properties, you will see this) You are correct about the water but my handyman did come immediately as well and flushed out the hot water system and the water was back to its normal self. We did everything straight away as we were told about any issues, Thank you.
