House w/ Pool. Super Clean. New Kitchen and Modern Décor, Close to Down Town Tampa, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino, 8 min to Tampa International Airport, & Beaches.

Completely disinfected after every guest. Roomy, spacious, quiet, clean and close to everything. Enjoy a great stay, visit one of the best beaches in FL, Clearwater Beach. Enjoy great restaurants nearby.

There is an occupied apartment in the front of house. Only foyer and driveway are shared w/ guest.

Private exclusive use of the Pool & Patio containing outdoor furniture, dining, and bench swing.

Great home

The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. Clean pool. The finishes and decorations were pretty fancy. We'd certainly stay again. Its close to the airport, stores and restaurants. My only minor complaint is that it's light on some kitchen stuff like dishware, storage containers, etc. but we made it work.

A great place to stay

House was in great area, away from rat race, but close to amenities!!! House was well appointed. Pool was perfect and Yani was very helpful with recommendations thru the whole trip. I will book again!

Big home with lots of space

This home has very large gathering spaces. Although we did not use the pool, it looked clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc.

This property was nice. Any issues we had the owner got right on it. The only complaints was the master bed mattress was so soft couldn’t sleep there. Had to use the spare bedroom. Also needs a deep clean

This property was very spacious and clean. It could use some more lighting in the shower, and one of the bedrooms. I would have loved to have some washing detergent also for my clothes. That’s no biggie though! My stay was very peaceful and we enjoyed our time. Thanks so much

Nice stay with sun and warm weather. The house was nicely clean, but it was sparse with cutlery. The swimming pool clean, the water in the pool was somewhat colder than expected and it would have been nice with warmer water. The sun was not enough to heat the water. If we came to Tampa again we would definitely rent the house again.

Great value and a great time

We spent a month at Yani’s house! She was wonderful to communicate with, answering all my questions and getting me check-in information way ahead of time. Everything went smoothly on arrival, and even tho it was still winter, Yani worked with us and her pool maintenance people to get the pool nice and warm for us.All linens and cleaning products were well stocked for our entire time. Yani also was quick to send outdoor furniture to the house for lounging by the pool, no one had asked yet! (If you have a question before or during your stay, just ask!)This house is in a very safe and walkable area. I enjoyed my morning walks yet was also just minutes from the Publix or Walmart…and a short easy drive up to a beautiful mall! No long list of things to do at checkout, so we started the dishwasher, took out our garbage, and headed home. I recommend this home as a great value for a getaway.

The property looked exactly as advertised and had potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, a loud, alarm-like noise was coming from the ceiling AC unit in the main living area. It was so disruptive that it made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep indoors.I contacted the property manager (Yani) right away. He responded via the app and said a repair technician would come the next day. That meant no sleep the first night. When the technician arrived around 1 PM, he diagnosed the issue as a faulty blower that would take several days to replace. Communication with the property manager became difficult after that — phone calls went unanswered and everything was handled via text. He suggested I sleep in the front room, but the noise was still very noticeable throughout the house. The only quiet place was outside by the pool. Initially, the host was apologetic and offered a full refund since I only stayed the one night. Later, he changed that and said he would charge me for two nights and refund the other two. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The property itself was decent, but the issue and how it was handled significantly impacted my stay.

Petra, is unfortunately that you are making things up. The beeping alarm you said you were hearing, it is a button that you guys didn’t have to touch but messed with, I sent a technician right away and he turned it off.

Unexpected dissatisfaction

Didn’t like the cockroach that I found in the dining area. When I return home I will have to open my bags outside and check for any other pests. I feel I will need to burn my luggage and fumigate my garage area. Not Happy! Also, we had a hard time finding electrical outlets in and near the bathroom area that worked. There were no fire alarms that worked. They were all tucked in either a kitchen or bathroom cabinet.

Hello Steve, Im positive you brought the cockroach in your suitcase from your home. We are in Florida so I fumigated every month indoor and outdoor to prevent any type of pests. Please check your suitcase prior your arrival so you don’t blame others. Thank you have a great day.
