My family & I enjoyed the place, especially the pool. It was quiet & near everything. The host was pretty quick about responding to my questions. Would like to stay there again next time we’re in town.

We had five in our group (one toddler) and the space was great with three bedrooms. The house is furnished sufficiently (not too crowded) and kitchen had what we needed. Having the pool was great along with the covered area and the screened in room. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean and welcoming and all the amenities were there. The pool was amazing and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It truly was like a home away from home!! We would definitely book again

Nice clean house with comfortable beds. For me personally, I wished the pool was heated and that there was a hand rail to hold on to for getting in and out of pool. Good location (within an hours ride) for beaches, shopping, attractions and Tampa airport.The hosts were very attentative to our needs and easy to communicate with.

The place is exactly how it looks in the photos! Very nice and clean. They were very responsive and reassuring. Well decorated and pool/patio area was awesome. Very peaceful stay. Would love to stay here again when I come back.

At first the house seemed great. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The trundle and sofa beds were dirty and had dead bugs in them. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub but the heater didn’t work. The hosts were unresponsive after initial check in. Very disappointed overall.

The place had everything you needed. Great value. Our family of 5 stayed and we were very comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable. All smart tvs. Could have used more towels. The bathrooms need more hooks for hanging damp towels. There was a blanket in the closet that stunk so bad ( almost as if a guest brought it to the beach and it never got washed) I washed it right away. The detergent tray of the wash machine really needs cleaning. A few shelves above the master toilet were almost falling off the wall. It was great that there were a lot of pool toys, but wish the pool would have been heated. All in all a great stay and a good value.

The Host was easy to deal with and very kind and cordial! Check in was easy. When filtering during my search this presented as a private heated pool, and it wasn’t… the heater had a 1F erro and the host responded the property is not a heated pool. The master shower hot water was hit or miss every shower. Could have used more bath towels. There weren’t any kitchen towels, nor hand towels for the bathrooms.

If you read through all of the previous comments, all of them still hold true- location is good. Communication with the host was intermittent and delayed at times. Furniture still needs attention. Pool does have a Hayward heater, however it needs attention. Overall it felt like the owners just need to care more- improve communication, fix broken items, ensure all remotes are present, leave a note about where to find items and when the pool cleaner and garbage truck comes.
Floating shelves in master bath are still leaning down and are loose.
Concrete around pool area
Pool man came on Wednesday - would’ve been nice to know. Pool had leaves in it upon check in.
This remote hanger for the lights is upside down.
