The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There is a full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning units in each, a laundry room, and a patio with a hammock where you ll enjoy most pleasant moments.

The entire building is secured by a locked gate.
The space
Cotton towels, linens, and additional bedding is available for your lounging preferences and optimal sleeping comfort.

The apartment is serviced regularly so you can be sure that the air-conditioning filters are clean and everything is functioning in the apartment.
Other things to note
City & building noise: There are 6 apartments in the building. The majority of tenants are long time renters - locals who start working early in the morning. It makes mornings and afternoons the quiet time in the building. You ll find it peaceful to chill outside in the hammock and enjoy the outside terrace in the relaxing atmosphere/listening to the chirping of costa rican jungle birds.

After 4 pm expect it to be a little noisy in the building as the road gets louder during rush hours and the neighbors start coming from work / having dinners/ socializing. There are usually no parties in the building but sometimes there are. So expect some nights to be noisy with activities of neighbors after 10 pm. It is a downtown apartment speaking city voice.
