Cozy NB Pad - Minutes From All The Fun!


Relax with family and friends at this charming and quaint centrally located 1950’s home. Pets welcome! Great location!
Minutes to all the fun in New Braunfels; downtown square, Schlitterbahn, Comal and Guadalupe rivers, as well as food, shopping, and entertainment hotspots.

After your adventures relax on the patio under a covered pergola with an outside grill.

Inside enjoy an awesome retro-style kitchen with coffee station and all standard appliances, two bedrooms each with queen beds and an extra full trundle bed, two full baths. There is covered parking for two vehicles. Quiet neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors.

If you have pets, please ensure there is no evidence you fur babies were there. The property is fenced, but your fur babies could figure their way out, so I would not leave them unattended outside.

Sweet, quiet and comfortable and clean.

We have enjoyed our stay there twice now in this adorable home. In September of 2024 and now in November of 2024 to visit loved ones. The walk in showers are ideal for my Mom in law to use and our dog loves the back yard.❤️
