Great place to stay

Ethan and Brooklyn made the whole process easy. They had everything we would ever need in the cabin, so they were no need to go out shopping and buying items for the stay. Definitely will be my first pick next time we stay in TN!

The cabin was located on a hillside with a modern wood cabin decor. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious with a rainfall shower head. Thw water flow and pressure was great. The kitchen was well stock with everything needed to prepare a meal. Grear location between Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gaithersburg and Knoxville. There were also lots of meal options within a short drive. Definitely a cabin worth visiting again. Only dings were the lack of steady lighting to walk up the stairs and locating your cabin, aa they were motion sensors. And the front entrance need some lightning, so tou can easily locate the complex.Note: If you have mobility issues, please request a cabin with little or no stairs/steps and a flat drive way.

Communication was great with the host and location was wonderful, but we did have some issues. Housekeeping did not do a thorough cleaning of the property. We found purple dyed hair in the shower, used shower cap in one of the bathrooms, and dirt and hair on the stairs. The upstairs shower head was broke and one of the cabinet pulls came off and we could not screw it back in. Small fixes would help that though. For us, the beds were little stiff, but the pillows were not good. We suggest to bring your own pillows, if possible.
