We use well water here, which provides a unique and natural water source. However, occasionally, guests detect a slight sulfur odor from the water. We want to assure you that while this odor can be noticeable from time to time, we take proactive measures to regularly test and maintain the water quality.
We're here to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The oversized trash bins are located at the rear of the property. Garbage collection takes place on Sundays and Thursdays- place can at the curb and returned to the back of the house on those days.
Turn AC down or off, lock windows and most important, return key to key box.
Gather towels in a pile in the bathroom or one place in the house for housekeeping. The courtyard is a shared space between the two Airbnb homes. Please be courteous to each other.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests should respect designated quiet hours and not disturb the surrounding community with disruptive noise. Keep music at a reasonable volume.
Dishes, glasses, and cutlery should be placed in the dishwasher. Garbage removed—food out of the refrigerator.
Please strip beds. Used linen, blankets, and towels should be placed in the laundry room. Please remember to clean the BBQ grill after every use.

Spacious Stay with rural feel but convenient

Stay was great for us. Beautiful courtyard space. Tons of space inside and out. Lots of outdoor space in a country feel with the convenience of being near everything in Tampa and Clearwater. Nice and quiet. Would've brought more of the family if I had known how big the place was. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

We had a wedding in a nearby venue and was looking for house for a large group. This VRBO worked out quite well. The property manager/assistant responded to texts within 10 minutes. Site was clean and easy to access. Accommodations were what we needed. We enjoyed our time on the property.
