Great pool house for a getaway with bonus guest house attached. House was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of coffee options available for a short stay! (Always appreciated)Would suggest addition of wine opener and small laundry basket. Otherwise the house was just right for our needs this trip. Plenty of space and activities. Located a low-rent area, conveniently located for easy access to wherever you may need to go. Hosts were very communicative and responsive.

We had an amazing time and the acco were great. We had plenty of space for our family of 6, lots of fun things to do. Pool was large lots of pool toys available. My boys learned how to play poker with their dad for the 1st time. Very well appointed home and Host was very helpful and accessible.Would Highly Recommend

this is a perfect property for family or friend get togethers! Super large property that has everything! The kitchen has enough dishes and flatware for at least ten to 12 ppl- maybe more and the dining table seats eight! The pool is large and super clean. The beds and pillows are comfy, and lots of towels! It was a great family memory! Thank you!

The house was very clean and organized. The heated pool was a delight and very clean. Loved having an ice maker to be able to make iced coffee. Josh was the hostess with the mostess. He responded quickly when we had questions. We would most definitely rent again if we stay in the area. Thank you Josh!!

Our family absolutely loved this this house. There was plenty space, and it was stocked with everything we needed. With 4 kids of different ages we needed a place with plenty of options to keep them busy, and this house was the perfect choice! Our days were spent in the pool and nights were full of family game time and laughter. On our way back home to New York right now and every kid (and adult) said their favorite part of the trip was the house. We are already planning our stay for next year!

The house is a perfect location for a long-term family visit to the Suncoast of Florida. I write "long term" because a short term stay doesn't give one enough time to utilize all the features of the house. There is easy access to local stores, the highway (to visit Tampa or any of the other attractions of the Suncoast), and the house itself is very nice (including a heated pool!). There is a game room (garage) with foosball, ping pong, and a full card table, along with a pool table. There was even a mini-golf course. So on the inevitable poor weather day, you can still be entertained. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, the bathrooms are nice, and the living area is spacious. This place would work for a family with young kids up to adult children (our case). Our only regret was that we weren’t able to use the grill this time, or the wonderful lanai area (it was really cold). However, despite the low temperatures, we did use the heated pool. The internet access was also very fast. The host was very prompt with answering any questions and encouraged communications about any issues (we had none). When we come back to the Suncoast, we’ll rent this location again.
