Beautifully constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Unit has two bedrooms, each featuring a king sized bed. The living room has two sleeper sofas: one double and one single. This spacious apartment features a two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), and a coffee bar. There is also a laundry closet located with the apartment. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout. Property rules: No smoking in the building; Quiet hours are 10pm-9am; No pets

Great location and accommodations for a ski weekend. The condo was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes with a fireplace and large table for meals and games. Our guests commented on the comfy beds. We will plan to stay here again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ellicottville Lofts! The place was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking. Close to “downtown” EVL, so plenty for my wife the non-skier to do, in walking distance. HV ski resort about a 6 minute drive away. Had everything we needed

Perfect for a getaway with walk ability for most. Clean, great space. Could offer a bit more in the kitchen but only detractor. Glad I brought my own bottle opener!
