Fantastic local coffee shops, bars, and dining options are all within a one-mile radius. You'll also be within a mile of the bridge over to the mainland, and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park is only a three-mile drive up A1A. When you're not soaking up the sun and fun around town, kick back at home on your private, screened lanai. Serene water views provide the backdrop, while a gas grill and dining table set the stage for family barbecues.

The inviting, single-level interior features tasteful decor and comes complete with all the modern home essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Updated living room furniture and a TV are ready to welcome casual downtime.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
