Our housekeeper was a fantastic cook and able to accommodate many of our requests. She has done her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the down side, we have experienced 'no water supply' on several occasions and the driver arranged for our airport transfer was late for 30mins.

Opal Villa was the best decision for our travels to Phuket! The villa was amazing. Tracey was so great to work with to book this villa and she answered all my questions and made the process super easy. Transportation from and to the airport was great even in the early hours of the morning. Ann our maid was the best! She was very helpful and her cooking was amazing! Anna the guest relations manager did a great job in staying connected with us during our stay and helping to arrange awesome excursions and transportation everyday. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The villa was beautiful and it was only a short drive to Nai Harn Beach! I would definitely recommend Opal Villa to anyone who is traveling to Phuket. The staff went above and beyond!
