The Community:
Creekside Hideaway is a quiet community of tiny homes and cottages on a 15-acre property with walking paths and a walking bridge. Two creeks flow through the land, filling a 1.5-acre fishing pond just for our guests (only fishing, no swimming allowed). You can reach the pond by walking over our bridges; it's not accessible by car. Though you'll have neighbors, each home is placed to give everyone space and privacy. Our roads are gravel so please be advised.
Our community borders the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering lots of hiking trails and exploring opportunities. We're also close to the Bent Creek Golf Course. Also, Downtown Gatlinburg is just a quick 20 minute drive, where you'll find lots of fun activities.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the tiny home, including one designated parking spot. You'll also be free to explore the beautiful 15-acre property, which features two creeks, a 1.5-acre catch-and-release fishing pond (no swimming), creekside cascade and cabanas with direct creek access to tube and dip in, scenic walking paths, and stunning natural views. Please note that trailers and RVs are not permitted on the property.
Hot Tub Boat Rentals
Enhance your stay with a unique experience in our wood-fired hot tub boats, available for rent. Each boat accommodates up to 6 guests and is available on Saturdays and select weekdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Message us in advance to reserve your spot!
The Neighborhood:
This house is located at Creekside Hideaway, a new tiny home/ cottage community that is private. You will be neighbors with other homes on the property, and the homes are spaced out for your privacy. Creekside Hideaway borders the Smoky Mountain National Park with many trails for hiking and exploring. We also are next door to the Bent Creek Golf Course. We are a short 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and many local activities.
Two creeks run through the land that feed into our 1.5 acre fishing pond for our guests (CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. NO SWIMMING). You can access the pond by taking a .7 mile walk to the other side of the property, over our walking bridges. It is not accessible by vehicle. View the map for details.
Getting Around:
You can drive onto the property (gravel roads) and the speed limit is 10 mph. No steep inclines to drive up. 15 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg, 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge and all their activities.
Other Things to Note:
We have a strict cancellation policy. Please double check your booking dates before confirming your stay.
No pets allowed. We offer a few dog friendly tiny homes on the property for an additional fee. Message us for details! (Additional fees will apply if caught with a pet)
Early check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (2:00). You can request it once your reservation is confirmed.
Firewood, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid: We offer these items for sale on the property at our Creekside Shed. Upon arrival, please refer to the House Manual to purchase.
No Trailers allowed! You will be fined a minimum $150 fee if caught bringing a trailer into the property.
For security and assistance, all of our cabins have a ring doorbell on the front door.
We provide some courtesy amenities upon arrival. Any additional amenities will not be restocked during your stay and the guest will need to provide themselves.
