Was great the only issue we had was the projector not working but we enjoyed everything else it was very clean the indoor pool and hot tub were great definitely enjoyed our anniversary weekend.

Cute Cozy cabin, and we even got to experience 3 bears right out the back of the cabin. Was disappointed a lot of things weren’t working or being maintained properly. The fireplace didn’t work-wouldn’t turn on. The hot tub was dirty and the jets weren’t working properly. Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and the water level was low. Messaged manager about pool heat and they did respond timely and someone must have come to fix but we were never Informed that they were coming out. The pool didn’t warm up until the morning we checked out so that was disappointing. There was also no projector in the pool room as pictured.

The cabin was nice, however poorly kept up. The mattress was broken on one side so it felt like on of us was constantly falling out of the bed. The pool was so dirty it was unusable. Same as the hot tub. Due to the pool being downstairs, the house smelled like chlorine and was hot and humid in the evenings. The lighting was either super bright or almost nothing at all due to the lack of lamps. We weren’t in the cabin much due to these issues and could have spent a lot less due to not being able to use the amenities anyway. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great place, pool was great, filter may need some cleaning as it's not getting the dirt or bugs coming under the garage door. Great location if you want to see bears, just always be aware of your surroundings and luck your car doors they will try to get in!

The cabin was perfect for our little family on our anniversary trip. Plenty of room, very clean and when I needed to reach out to the property owner, she was quick to respond. Close to the park entrance but far enough away we felt like we were in the woods.

Family Vacation

It was a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Cabin was super clean and our kids loved the pool! The host was attentive to our needs when we had a question about the projector and the pool during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Cabin-Great Location

My wife and I honeymooned in Gatlinburg and chose this cabin to stay in. It has an indoor pool, spa, fooseball table, great location and was overall the perfect cabin for the two of us. We got to see a mama bear and her two cubs at the cabin. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful Stay

We had a marvelous time at relax away!! The place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and swam every day. It was close and convenient to downtown, restaurants, and hikes. Best of all, we saw two big bears from the comfort of the back porch! We look forward to our next visit.

It was a lovely romantic getaway

This property is so lovely. Within minutes of the downtown area. Having a pool indoors was such a convenience. We loved the outdoor hot tub but one night received a bear visitor that both gave us a great story to share but also made feel a little afraid to continue to use it. The shower has 2 heads which was so nice. Would stay here again.
