Welcome to Paradise! Our Tops'l Tides unit 1210 is a beautiful two-bedroom condo with an amazing coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be sure to enjoy your relaxing vacation in this beautifully decorated unit. Enjoy the fresh air from our spacious 400 sq ft balcony overlooking the breathtaking emerald color water our beaches have to offer. The outdoor furniture provides outdoor space as if another living room with sectional sofa, 2 recliners, and table to seat 6. The view is panoramic with the beach to the left and the bay to the right! This very modern high-end brightly decorated condo has three flat screen TVs. Stay connected with the outside world with complimentary wireless internet. Our vibrantly furnished and decorated unit has beautiful custom tile throughout the unit as well as granite countertops. Enjoy dinner time with use of a fully equipped kitchen. A grill area is provided on the ground level for all Tides guests. Feed all of your family members on a beautiful wooden dining table that seats six comfortably. This family-friendly unit has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks for a total of 4 twin beds in the guest bedroom. This two-bedroom two-bathroom unit has 1220 sq. ft. of living space, a front load washer and dryer, and sleeps up to six people with the queen size sofa available. This fabulous vacation starts the beginning of a most memorable vacation!
Tops'l Resort Includes: Gated private entrance and beach service for fee.
Tides Building Includes: Gated pool (heated during winter), basketball court, put-put golf, pickleball courts, carts and luggage carts for loading/unloading, ice & vending machines, BBQ grilling area.

I loved this condo! It was the perfect weekend getaway. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. You can actually sleep on the balcony because it’s so relaxing out there.

The condo was bright and clean. The furniture and decorating were very nice. The beds were comfortable and if you plan on cooking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The grounds at Tops’l are immaculate and the pools have plenty of lounge chairs. The Tiki bar offers something for everyone. We rented an umbrella that was a little pricey but worth.

Beach Vacation

Overall stay was fun and the condo was very nice. Unit needed floors cleaned better and several light bulbs had to be changed out. We would stay there again.

Best condo in a while!

The condo was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us staying there and for our family to come visit. The kitchen was very nice and the appliances were new and updated. The view of the beach and ocean was still excellent despite being on the side of the building. Overall an excellent trip and stay!

Great Property, Wonderful View

The property was incredibly clean, and the views were terrific. It was nice to be behind 24/7 security (though totally NOT needed in this area), and in more of a private resort community. The hosts were terrific, and incredibly responsive when a surprise need to connect occurred with the door keypad. All good. This one was great!

New Year's Beach Trip

This is a perfect location...easy beach access (and great views) as well as fun family amenities. We played putt putt golf multiple times in our 4 days at this site. Our son also enjoyed the basketball court. We were going to play pickle ball, but that court area was often busy when we wanted to play. Both Sarah and Brad were very quick to reply to any questions we had while we were there. This is a location I would stay at again on a Destin vacation.

So pretty & clean

We LOVED our stay here. Myself, my now fiancé (he proposed while we were there), and our friend stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and even nicer in person than it was in the photos. The balcony is AMAZING, we lounged on the couches out there every night after dinner and ate breakfast at the table and chairs they have out there every morning. Has an awesome pool area and the poolside bar & grill at the condo has great food and drinks. There was a little hiccup, but the property manager was so responsive and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better rental and stay. Definitely recommend!

wonderful veranda

Wonderful views... stayed dec 23 to 27th and had really cold weather... but unit was cozy with beautiful views... veranda was spectacular... few small things were needed such as cheese grater..knife sharpener...(knifes needed sharpening) and if you are a family staying a week and cooking no pantry or place to store food... all on counters...also wonderful large shower in master ... a plastic bench would be great for older people to sit on... and beds were very comfortable... this would be fantastic in warm weather months beautiful pools and great access to beach....

Thank you for the feedback! We will definitely check on the knives issue the sharpener must have disappeared. There is a wooden small bench in the bathroom that is actually for the shower.

Above and Beyond!

Wow! I've stayed at many rentals over the years and this one truly was above and beyond my expectations. In addition to comfortable beds, great view, and plentiful kitchen equipment, this unit also had many extras such as soft throw blankets, lots of hooks on the walls, beach towels, a welcome box of travel size shampoos & soaps, and even a first aid kit. Thank you Sarah for all the extras you provide your guests!The complex is at the back of a large gated community and felt safe for our teens to go between the unit, pool and beach without us. The large balcony was perfect for foggy mornings listening to the waves. I saw other guests enjoying basketball, pickle ball and shuffleboard on site. I would definitely stay in this complex and specifically in this unit again.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The room was as pictured and most importantly, it was clean. Typically, I go in and clean before bringing in luggage, but that wasn't necessary. The beds are comfortable. Brought a mattress topper, but didn't have to use it as I have hip/back issues. There were things for both children that traveled with me from basketball, pools, chess, and mini golf. The balcony was the best part. Enjoyed the view and had a great seat for fireworks. The poolside restaurant had great food after a long day at the beach. I would recommend this unit and plan to stay again in the future.

Loved this condo

We had never been to Destin/area so we never knew where to stay. This was in a private little area way off the road on the beach. Cute little condo. Had everything we needed. We loved this location as we had afternoon sun rather than morning sun. We loved sitting on the balcony (huge BTW) and having either a sweet tea or an afternoon adult beverage. The beds were comfy & roomy. The "private" pool dedicated for this condo building only was much nicer as it wasn't as crowded as the other pool. The location was great. We had everything we needed. No issues finding food to eat at either. We chose to make a few meals for supper. Overall. This was a great place! We are contemplating booking for 2 weeks next year, this far in advance. Thanks to the owners for a great visit! We really enjoyed it.

Everything you need

Place was clean. Other than the master closet door being off the track, everything worked perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds. The building is nice, pools are great. Only drawback was the beach umbrella rental was outrageous. Quoted me $120/day for a an umbrella and 2 chairs. The building is at the end of the hotel row, and we found it a lot easier to walk 100m down the beach and set up our own in front of the houses to the East. Beach is beautiful. Management was easy to deal with. Emails replied to. Calls and texts answered. All the codes given worked. No fuss. No problems. Would consider returning in a heartbeat.

We loved this condo, the balcony is HUGE and has a stunning view! The condo itself is very spacious, plenty of room for us..3 adults and 2 kids. I do have to say the master bed was not very comfortable, you can tell it’s old with obvious dips on each side, but not a deal breaker. We did have issues with all of the remotes in the bedrooms, they were all either out of batteries, had corroded batteries in them, or just didn’t work at all. TV remotes and Fan remote in the master...the fan remote was more important to me because I need to sleep with a fan on, but we did find an occult ting fan in the closet so I just plugged that in. And these things are easily fixable, and weren’t so big of a deal..but could be to someone who needs a tv to go to sleep with.

Beautiful place and location, but noisy parking lot

The unit itself was large and beautiful. Very clean and fit everyone easily. The pool was relatively warm and we all enjoyed shuffleboard and mini-golf. The security team is really on top of their game, almost too much. They would come around and actually wake people up from their naps by the pool to check that they had yellow wristbands on (mandatory for the Tides guests to use the upper pool.)The main problem with this place was that while the balcony was HUGE with great views and lots of seating, you couldn't even hear the waves because the parking lot you overlook is so loud. He still needed to work for 3 days of our trip but figured at least he could work outside with the view. Unfortunately there was someone sawing all day for almost our entire stay (just down below in the parking lot) and the neighboring parking lot of the condos next door had some refridgerated food truck that had a generator going 24/7. It was obnoxiously loud. It would go off for a few minutes and you'd think it would be done but then it would start up again for hours. My daughter and I were excited to sleep on the balcony one night as an adventure but we couldn't with the noise. Made it very unpleasant to be out there at all. We appreciated the management company we used as they were helpful and in other circumstances we'd stay there again, but the noise and getting woken up from napping at the pool really stunk. Not the relaxing trip we were looking for.
