We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve stayed at this complex for the last 15 years and each time gets more enjoyable! Our condo was clean and roomy with light and airy colors. The beds were very comfortable. Jon was a wonderful host and was very prompt on answering any messages. We came 4 days after Hurricane Isaias and the property and pool had already been cleaned up. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Beautiful view and a cozy play to stay. It was perfect for our family vacation. Host is very communicative and responds fast. Only negative was we couldn’t get the tv working in the master bedroom but more than likely a user error. Will definitely rebook. Huntington by the sea was the perfect, quiet beach. Everyone staying near us was friendly.

Everything was perfect about our stay! This is our favorite vacation spot so far! BEAUTIFUL! (The only thing I would recommend is having beach towels at the condo. Flying with beach towels takes up a lot of room.) We will definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described and pictured, location can’t be beat. Will definitely return. Been vacationing to this area for 20 years and it was our fav and best place we’ve stayed. Feet were clean after walking barefoot in the unit which hasn’t happened at multiple other places so we were pleased with the cleanliness. We just loved it all together. 4 stars instead of 5 on communication with host because I called about 15 minutes before arriving as it says to, to make sure the room was ready. It says some check ins may be delayed up to 5 pm so I wanted to make sure all was good. No answer and no return call. Either way it all worked out and the room was ready and we went right in. We will be back. 10/10 overall.

The view from the living room and kitchen were breathtaking. There is an unobstructed view of the beach and gulf from the Master bedroom and also the living room. The condo is gorgeous and very spacious. The decor is beautiful and very up to date. We enjoyed our stay and felt quite at home. What a fabulous place to stay in Miramar Beach!!

Great location, clean facility easy access that sits right on the beach your .4 miles away from Winn-Dixie private beach access with chairs and umbrella service. Washer and dryer is not in the units, but is available on site for a fee ,security gates so no one other than the residence and Owners will be in the facility.

White Sand by the Sea located in the Huntington by the Sea complex is conveniently located to everthing from restaurants to shopping and entertainment. Two new full beds in the guest room offer sleeping for up to 4 and the master suite has a king bed and offers access to the balcony. There is also a new smart TV in the guest room. Since this beachfront rental also offers a complimentary beach set up, and the kitchen is well stocked, you won't have to bring much!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was great for families. Both the pool and the beach were a very close walk, which was nice for both my young kiddos and my elderly mother in law.

Great Stay
