Our charming studio is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled private studio is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling on the same property.

The guesthouse, painted in a vibrant cobalt blue, is designed to accommodate guests. The studio features an independent entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit with limited interactions with the property owners, who reside on the premises. Nevertheless, you might have the opportunity to cross paths with Mer-Sea, the friendly dog, during his strolls.

I was born and raised in Calabash, N.C., where my father was the local fire chief and pastor, and my sister is currently serving as Mayor. Brunswick County, N.C. has the most stunning beaches, famous landmarks, rich history, and importantly, kind residents with rich traditions of loving our neighbors. We are proud of our hometown and want to offer an affordable option for couples seeking a relaxing beach vacation, a peaceful getaway, or a day trip adventure to Myrtle Beach, S.C. Our home is a 75-year-old farmhouse we are remodeling, and we live next to the guesthouse/studio we have listed.
