The Ridgeview's backyard overlooks the canyon walls and blue water of Lake Powell while offering high-quality Polywood furniture throughout. Whether enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning or your dinner in the evening, the dining table set for six and adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit are what set The Ridgeview apart. We are located in a premier neighborhood in town with rare, unobstructed views from the Lake Powell cliffs.

The home is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need. The comfortable living space includes plenty of seating on the plush sofa and chairs, a Smart TV, board games for the whole family and expansive views through the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more. Everything you need to make your vacation easy and seamless!

The primary bedroom boasts red rock views right from the comfortable California King-sized bed outfitted with hotel-quality linens. A large walk-in shower and double vanity provide a comfortable primary bathroom retreat where cleanliness is always our top priority. This room also offers a second Smart TV.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and views of the lush foliage surrounding the home. The third bedroom is our "bunk room" with a sturdy and solid, custom bed frame with two queen size beds. All beds are always prepared with fresh, white linens.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom, laundry room, and full access to the garage.

[Home Truths]
1. Boats and other recreational vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the driveway and must be parked at the marina. Smaller vessels may be parked in the garage.
2. Due to the remote location of our home, it is common for sand to blow into the backyard and patio areas. It is also common to see desert wildlife!
3. This home is part of an HOA. To keep our property active, we must abide by certain policies that are listed in the "Additional House Rules" section. Please closely review these rules prior to booking, as we have a Zero Tolerance Policy and will firmly enforce all regulations posted in this listing.
4. Top bunk is not suitable for young children.
5. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the property.
