Designed for comfort and connection, this residence accommodates up to 10 guests across its four beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Step through the front gate on South Oak Street and into the bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, and a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, and the inviting living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plush seating — perfect for gathering after a day outdoors.

There is a private patio complete with a firepit, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a hot tub surrounded by mountain views.

Upstairs Guest Suite – King bed (new December 2024), vaulted ceilings, mountain views, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with large glass shower.

Downstairs Guest Bedroom #1 – Split king bed (can be arranged as two twins), flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with shower.

Downstairs Family Suite – King bed plus two suspended twin beds, ideal for additional guests, along with flat-screen TV and ensuite bath.

Family Summer Vacation

Very nice, first class, well-furnished home with fully stocked kitchen on corner in close walking proximity to the Gondola, restaurants, grocer, park, retail & trailheads. You really can't beat the location. Only suggestion is the home could use ceiling fans in the den and bedrooms for those warm Telluride summer days and evenings. No regrets, fully recommend this rental home.

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic house in an ideal location! We’ve rented several houses in Telluride and this was hands-down our favorite. The house is beautifully decorated, has tons of space, and lots of great amenities. Small things that we really enjoyed: the downstairs master (much cooler at night than a typical upstairs master), cable TV (sounds silly, but we were there during the Olympics and it was so nice to be able to watch all of the coverage! Lots of rental homes these days only have smart tvs), and the hot tub. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating too. Would definitely book again in the future!!
