After a cold day skiing or a cool night come enjoy our brand new hot tub. This hot tub was purchased with relaxation and safety in mind. It has a Superfine Filtration system and OZONE generator to provide crystal clear bathing water while eliminating the potential of any bacteria or algae.

Warm up next to our oversized fire pit with plenty of room for the whole family to roast marshmallows or enjoy a drink in the privacy of the backyard under the stars.

Great location for a new years week get away. We went skiing, tubing, s’mores by the fire pit and shopping. Kids wanted snow for Christmas and we delivered! Great views of the lake and even got a surprise fireworks display over the lake on NYE. Great communication with host

Dave was very responsive and accommodating. We chose this home for our annual couples getaway and it had all that we needed. We had enough space to not feel like we were on top of each other but remained cozy enough for us to enjoy each other's company. Dave was nice enough to leave us snacks and firewood for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Thank you helping us have an amazing weekend.

Beautiful Home for a Getaway!

Great stay!

The house was clean, in a great location, and as described. There was a lot of space for our group, there were great amenities and the hot tub and backyard was fun to have. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we return to Lake Harmony!

Amazing Trip!

The property was amazing! The bedrooms each have a bathroom which was so incredibly helpful! I can’t wait for this property owner to add more properties to his repertoire! My group loves to explore the area in different rentals and I trust this property manager to put out great units!

The property is very clean and well stocked. Each bedroom had a bath, which is nice. The fire ring Outback proved To be a great gathering spot. The deer walk right up to us and the bear kept his distance.

Amazing house, highly recommend!

We stayed at this location for a girl’s weekend. The house was immaculately clean and welcoming. Very updated and comfortable for a group. We loved that it was within walking distance to local restaurants. We spent the day sitting by the lake at the access point which was beautiful. Very spacious and a great outdoor space. The host Dave was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Highly recommend

Loved the cleanliness of the home, open floor plan, the views, hot tub. Game room was fun for both kids & adults. Fire pit area secluded - we saw much wildlife. Feeding the friendly deer who came to see us every day will forever be a core memory for our kids (and me too). Our groups ages are 3 to 71 & all loved it. Not one issue during stay.

Accommodative Host and Fabulous Property

We gathered here for Thanksgiving. The host was accommodative for early check in request.and we were surprised with the welcome gifts that he had in store for us! The property was bright, clean and with the wonderful view of the lake. The lake view was gorgeous and it was smack dab in the middle of all attractions. Everyone in our family enjoyed it so much and we want to thank the host for staying in touch with us throughout and being very nice to us!

Perfect Lake Harmony House

We rented the house for the weekend for a bachelor party and could not have been more pleased with the property. The host Dave, was very responsive to any questions and made it an easy rental. The house was very clean, had plenty of room for 12 guys, and was everything we could have asked for. The outdoor space was excellent, and is just a short walk into town for the restaurants and bars. I will definitely be reaching out again for my next Lake Harmony Trip.

A Wonderful Winter Vacation

I've stayed in many VRBO and AirBnB properties and Dave has been, by far, the easiest and most thorough host I've worked with. His communication was really great! The house is perfect for a large family with each room having their own full bathroom! You can't find that anywhere. The location is perfect and the fire pit and hot tub were a huge hit! The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. You will enjoy your stay here!!

Convenient Stay in Lake Harmony

My family and another family (4 adults, 5 kids ages 5-12) stayed for a week in January. House is excellent location at Lake Harmony with short drives to Big Boulder and Jack Frost. 5 minute walk to Nick's Lake House was a real plus! Home features 4 bedrooms each with fully capable Smart TVs and a large smart TV in main living room. Communication with Host (Dave) was outstanding. Using the VRBO app, I reached out to Dave several times throughout the week, and he always got back to me within 5 minutes.

Great locale and very clean!

We just returned from a two day vacation with high school friends and it was just what the Dr. ordered! Every room had its own bath and there was still yet another 1/2 bath on the main living floor. Plenty of room for what we wanted; games,food,cocktails and of course reminiscing! Our host Dave was the most responsive person we have ever dealt with and that is the biggest +++…especially in today’s world where we feel service levels have plummeted! Give this one a try and you won’t be disappointed

Clean, new, awesome stay..can’t wait to go back!

We booked this house on a whim based on how new, clean and nice it looked in the pictures. It seems like we are some of the first people to rent this house and it did not disappoint! Dave the property manager was great to work with and really thought of everything to accommodate guests. Everything is updated and the house is set up great. There is an abundance of space to accommodate a large group (we especially loved the open kitchen and living room area to hang out in). The fire pit I the back was a hit! Very private and tranquil. We had a few kids in our party so the ability to walk to restaurants and the lake was a huge plus! Overall this was a really great experience and beautiful house - we loved we already booked our next stay for the winter since it’s so close to the ski mountains too.

House was very nice in a great location with views of the lake. Dave was a great host. He was very reachable and responsive. Only neg thing I could say was the driveway was very steep and slippery even with the rocksalt provided. Overall we had a great stay.

If you have made it this far, Congratulations you have found the Birds Nest! You have decided to forgo the nightmare that is air travel to find the gem of the Poconos that is Lake Harmony, and if you did fly here, the hard part is over and now it is time to enjoy yourself

The decision to find a home to take your family and friends to is not an easy one, and I appreciate you have decided to look at mine. Before we get to all the great amenities of my home I want to acknowledge you are making a decision to spend your hard earned money with someone, and if I am lucky enough to host you I will not take that for granted. My commitment is that what you see in this home is exactly what you should expect when you check in. I also commit to immediate response time and on the rare occasion something goes awry(which can happen) I will work to address it right away.
This home is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for all who occupy it and i can't wit for you to build lasting memories here like i did.

Why I love this location is you get to enjoy all the best of Lake Harmony in once central location. Wake up and Enjoy a cup of Coffee over looking the lake. Walk to town and enjoy anyone of the several restaurants Lake Harmony has to offer. 100 Yards to Lake access to take in the lake, launch a canoe or drop a line in to fish. 2 Miles to Big Boulder Ski Resort. Everything you need for all four seasons are right here.

What makes this property unique

Very Rare Large Property overlooking the lake with 4 full Bathrooms(one bathroom in each room). This allows your family and guests the privacy you need while boasting an open concept living area to also have the ability to have everyone be together. Having lived in some urban areas growing up i always loved being able to walk to wherever I wanted to go. You can enjoy a night out and safely walk home in just about 5 mins.
