With nearly 3,700 square feet spread across three full levels, with 4 bedrooms + a sleeping loft, and sleeping for up to 19 guests, this is the ultimate Poconos retreat for large families and groups. There is truly nothing else like it on the lake.

THE HOME
The home was custom built from the ground up with no detail overlooked. The open-concept main level features a chef's kitchen with quality appliances, custom maple cabinetry, a breakfast bar with stool seating, and a full dining area with direct views of the lake. Two separate family rooms give large groups space to spread out - the upper level features a gas fireplace and rustic timber beam ceiling, while the lower level has a large sectional with pull-out beds, a second kitchenette with sink, microwave, and beverage refrigerator. There’s also a foosball table, a card table, high-speed WiFi and smart TVs throughout, so everyone stays connected and entertained.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Level 1 (Lower): 1 bedroom with queen bed + 4 built-in single bunks. Nice bathroom with shower and full-size washer and dryer. Lower family room with sectional (pull-out full) and loveseat (pull-out single). Sliding doors lead directly to the lake-facing patio and bar area.
Level 2 (Main): Kitchen, dining area, upper family room with gas fireplace, and full bathroom. Primary gathering space with sweeping lake views.
Level 3 (Upper): Private and spacious primary bedroom with king bed + queen pull-out sofa. Double-sink master bath. Just outside the primary is an open loft with additional queen bed (5th sleeping area).

THE WATERFRONT & OUTDOORS
Step outside to your private dock on Lake Harmony - perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or simply watching the sunset over the water. The multi-level deck and patio bar area offer the ideal outdoor living and dining setup for groups. All new double deck added in 2021, with 3rd outdoor seating area by the dock as well.

THE LOCATION
Lake Harmony puts you at the center of everything the Poconos has to offer, year-round. In summer, enjoy the lake, Pocono speedway, Penn’s Peak, Blue Ridge Winery, Split Rock Resort, and all the outdoor recreation the region is known for. In winter, Big Boulder Ski Area is just 5 minutes away and Jack Frost Mountain Resort is under 10 minutes - making this an ideal ski house for groups. Kalahari Resort and Waterpark is a 28-minute drive.
