Less than 2km from Cleggan village where you’ll find the ferry to Inisbofin island,Bars,Finest seafood restaurant & cafes.
Nearby Kylemore Abbey & Connemara National park with outstanding hiking opportunities.
There are numerous golden sandy beaches including Omey island with its many rare sea birds & wildlife
Views from the front of Bruíon show a Ringfort possible Bronze Age,to the rear standing stones,tombs & Bronze Age hut sites.
This area has been discribed as an ‘archaeological park’ by local archaeologist Michael Gibbons.
