***IMPORTANT: Pool is open but not heated. Hot tub currently unavailable. Dock has been rebuilt.** The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. This unit has incredible open water views and has been beautifully remodeled! The unit features 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with comfortable furnishings and beautiful updates throughout. The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool, community hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community's kayak rack- launch right from the complex. Your unit is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cookware, glassware, etc. The corner of the stove is cracked but it does not affect its function. The condo is a one bedroom, two bathroom condo with plenty of living space!

Amazing!

What a beautiful room and view! Plenty of family room and the king bed was so comfortable !! Mendy and Johnny with management were so awesome! Can’t wait to come back!
