Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

โ Rinse food residue before putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Run the cycle detergent is under kitchen sink
โ Completely empty out the fridge of food you purchased during your stay.
โ Please remove all trash and take trash bags, and place in the large trash cans in the garage/ outside.
โ Place garage opener on the dining
โ Make sure that all stove burners and oven are turned off.
โ Double check that all doors and windows are locked and ADT security alarm is engaged to โarm awayโ.
