Restaurants, parks, theatre, and coffee shops in Kerrville will make this a vacation to remember, and my charming 2-bedroom cottage comes complete with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, kitchen and living room with big screen TV and two comfortable leather recliners, laundry facilities, and a back patio with a firepit. The Wi-Fi, self check-in, and laptop-friendly workspace will make you wish you could stay even longer.

The Kinsleigh House was our first home when we moved to Kerrville. We moved here from Oregon to be closer to our son and his growing family. We recently moved Dad and Mom here to aid in his care, so we needed a larger home to accommodate his medical needs.

We enjoy taking the kids down to Lewis Hayes park with their bikes to ride the path next to the Guadalupe River or simply taking them to the water park.

Why they chose this property

The home has a large pecan tree in the front yard offering great shade. You will be minutes from town and less than a mile from local grocery store, gas station, and some good BBQ.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers hi speed Wi-fi, smart tv, a full kitchen and full a size washer and dryer. We are pet friendly, and have doggie poo bags, a dog door to the fenced back area where the whole family can enjoy hanging out around the firepit.
