We loved staying here. It was a nice, quiet community that felt very safe. The restaurants and grocery options nearby were great, and the beach was so close, with a beautiful view from the house's balconies! The property had beach chairs, boogie boards, balls and toys- my kids loved playing on the lawn also.

The house is in a perfect location—walking distance to Zuma beach as well as a grocery store and some restaurants and shops. The house is nicely laid out for our family of five, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location in Malibu

Great location near beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Nice yard with beautiful landscaping. Spacious house with wonderful kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Host was good communicator. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Delightful!

Wonderful house with everything you need. Our family of 4 (plus dog) greatly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Excellent location is a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to the beach, a market and a few restaurants. The views are beautiful. James was easy to communicate with (super quick responses) and flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi. I'm Luh from Bali. Jim and I met at my shop in Bali and have been married 25+ years. Our 2 children were born and raised in Bali until age 8-10 when we all moved back to live in this beautiful Malibu home. Now empty nesters, we travel back to Asia often, but live here, in this Perfect Zuma Beach House, part of the year.

Why they chose this property

We call this property Perfect because it's super clean and comfortable with stunning white water ocean and mountain views. Always bright and breezy, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet, perfectly safe for families. We walk to the beach and the market. AND its affordable compared to a block away on the beach.

What makes this property unique

The house is 'upside down' with 3 of the 4 bedrooms downstairs and the living area with balconies and views (kitchen, dining, living room, den/TV room and the 4th bedroom) upstairs. The 3 bedrooms downstairs include a huge primary bedroom with roomy primary bathroom, tub and separate shower. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms boast mirrored wardrobe doors and they both share a lovely travertine and quartz, 2 sink vanity. There's a washer and dryer in the garage with downstairs hallway access. Upstairs you'll find the kitchen, huge seating for 8 island, a dining table, living room, 2 balconies, a TV/Family room, a 4th bedroom (queen bed) and a cute guest bathroom with shower. The neighborhood is very quiet so events and parties are not welcome here.
