I didn’t see that there wasn’t an elevator. We did ok but it was tough for someone who had lung surgery this year. Other than that we like our stay.

Hilton Head Paradise

The property was very clean with plenty of space for our family of four. The resort was just what we were looking for with a mix of pool, beach access, food options, and pickleball court availability. Lots to do in the area and a great vacation spot.

Well maintained property. Property manager was prompt with communication. Beach is nearby, a 5-minute walk across the complex. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator; it wasn’t a big issue for us but could be a problem for some.

Awesome stay!

Loved the location and VRBO. Very comfortable. I love how close it is to the pickleball courts since I love to play. The pool is huge and right by the beach. I will be back.

This was great! The cleanliness and correspondence with owner were great. Property was close to nice pool and beach access, much closer than other places weve stayed. Could have used more toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, bring your own maybe! Would def stay here again.

Great Location

I do believe this is the best tennis villa building in the resort. Very convenient to pickleball and not far from the pool and beach. Owners did a great job updating the inside and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was as described on VRBO. Clean, close proximity to the beach, nice resort overall. Our daughter came from Charleston for a day visit and getting the one day parking pass was easy and quick. Kevin was very responsive and check in was easy.

Perfect Stay!

The condo was very cleaned and had everything we needed. The provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella was a great bonus. Even had plenty of beach toys for kids. Fun games and puzzles were provided. Pickleball paddles/balls were perfect for playing right behind us. A 4-5 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!

Great Getaway

The condo is very nice. There is no elevator and it is on the third floor. The view is the pickleball courts and we enjoyed playing. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are tight but met all our needs. Loved the options of the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis, and nearby restaurants.

The condo was just as it looks in the pictures. The condo was very nice and very clean. We felt very safe at this resort. There was a security guard on duty 24/7 While we never spoke to the host, ( no need to) everything was just as he said it would be. The king bed was a firm bed, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. If you like to sleep in this condo may not be for you. There are pickle ball courts right outside the balcony and they start playing at 8:30am! Though we didn’t mind it, because we have just started playing pickle ball so we enjoyed watching and picking up some pointers. One more thing, this condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators. ( Let’s just say… we got a good workout each day) Overall, we would recommend this condo at this resort.

The toilet… clogged so easily. Gross and a hassle. The a/c went in and out… if you do not rent a place with washer and dryer in the room itself plan to pay 100-200 in laundry fees….Love the resort and access to amenities. Did not have to leave resort if you didn’t want to. Loved the kids activities planned daily!

Nicollette, We thank you for your stay and Review as it is alway welcomed. Please know that I am always available for information, Questions and helping with any issues that you may experience. We have never had a single issue with plumbing in the toilets and if you found that to be the case, I wish you would have contacted me about that situation. We have people on hand who could have looked into that for us. But my Cleaning Mgr. went into the unit to check on it and found no issues. So not sure what you were experiencing. As for the AC going in and out....again, another item I wish you would have reached out to me with. I believe what you were experiencing is that during high energy cycles, the Electric company will take control of the AC unit and adjust the temperature for 60-90 mins. to conserve on energy. Typically we find that this is during the middle of the day when people typically are not inside the condo. We are thrilled that you loved the resort and all of the amenities that are there for you to enjoy. We hope that you will come back for another visit and enjoy it all over again. Kevin

Pickleball

Very nice unit. We enjoyed our stay. We love to play pickleball and we could watch players from the balcony when we weren’t playing. If you have trouble with steps this is not the unit for you. Third floor unit has lots of steps.
