Austin was quick to respond to the issues/questions we had. Excellent communication! Plenty of on street parking and the option of a locked garage was a plus. (Our vehicle was pretty big so we used street parking.) we walked to the Kernals stadium for two night and one day game and felt very safe. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for our group to cook, lounge around and play games. Good value for our money!

Wonderful week stay for Thanksgiving

Very please with our stay. The house was so clean and comfortable. We had a very nice Thanksgiving dinner with family. We had a 10month old with us and the home had a pack n play there already....it was just perfect for us! We look forward to coming back and staying in the spring! Our host Austin provided excellent communication.

Great house and owners

This house was perfect for our needs, and the owners were great to work with. We are contractors who travel often for work, so having a kitchen is ideal for longer stays. We had a couple issues with the hot water heater and bed frame, but the owners sent help over quickly to fix it, and I was impressed by the efficiency and quick response time. The water pressure in this house is amazing, and it was nice having a garage that can be used for parking. I also liked that there was a gas stove for cooking. If we come back to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I will definitely rent this home again.
