Fully Renovated! Unique property, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, gourmet kitchen, TV, and internet access. Property sits on Josias River. Can sleep 6 comfortably. New to market rental…everything brand new! This home has three floors. The lower level is a master suite with King size bed, TV, bathroom with large bathtub and shower and looks onto backyard and river. Main floor is gourmet kitchen with dining area for 8 and living room with 2 sofas and two chairs and large TV. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and a twin pull out, the other with a bunk bed (double on bottom) and additional twin. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Ample closet space throughout. Home is fully air conditioned. Driveway accommodates 4-5 cars. Gas grill right off kitchen and very convenient. Beach towels and chairs are provided!
