This charming cabin is waiting to welcome you to the perfect country getaway. Perched atop a scenic hill, this easy-access cabin is situated to showcase amazing surrounding views. The covered deck comes furnished for all-day outdoor leisure. Inside, warm your feet by the gas fireplace while streaming favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or bust out the board games for a family game night. A full suite of stainless steel appliances makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. As the evening winds down, retreat to the cozy bedrooms highlighting even more tranquil views from the paneled doors, and use the telescope to witness shooting stars in the night sky.

Year-round recreation options abound within easy reach of the cabin, including river rafting, fishing, hiking, and cycling. You can also explore nearby vineyards, farm shops, and antique stores.

Excellent stay

Had a long weekend here with my son and we enjoyed our time. There's a nice mountain view from the porch which you can also see from the living room and master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we need. We enjoyed playing Battleship while waiting out a storm. The location is close to all the places we like to visit so it worked out well!

A stay in the woods

My kids loved being in the "woods" they were so excited anytime we were headed back the the "woods" we had an excellent experience the home was easily accessible ans clean. It was a great time to get away from the world and spend time and bond with family.

The cabin was well maintained and very clean. The view was amazing. Not a lot of extra property for fire pit but managed. Close to Murphy and other towns as well as many hiking trails. Definitely would rent here again

Loved the location great restaurants around Murphy and Blue Ridge really enjoyed the scenic view over the mountains and such peace and quiet in the neighborhood and on the mountains, friendly people. We really got some good rest and would love to go again many times.

Perfect Getaway from Atlanta

Distance wise, this is the perfect weekend getaway. Beyond that, nothing beats the glass window panels to appreciate the view from the comfort of the bed. The cabin is equipped with anything you might need for a weekend, and in a quiet and tranquil area. Its been our favorite mountain stay in a long time.

My husband an I went to black bear den for our 67th anniversary it was more than I expected it was private well decorated and had everything you needed to cook with we never even left the cabin grabbed our groceries on the way in hot tub amazing, the cabin felt comfortable and cozy we did not want to leave will do this one again

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, cozy and quiet. The view was very nice as well. They have everything you need (besides food).Our only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t in operation and we were really looking forward to using. Otherwise A+ property.

An absolutely amazing view & cabin! I had the best time with my 7 month old & my friend! The cabin is beautiful with a beautiful layout. Cutest decor and very nice feeling. They have everything you could possibly need! If you want to cook there's plenty of seasonings & dishes. More than I've seen at most places I've stayed. They have movies, books, & games! We didn't hardly need to leave the cabin. The master bedroom has the biggest sliding glass doors with the most clear view looking right out into the mountains. The hot tub was clean & big!! I would hands down stay here again!

I didnt realize the mountain range was so close to the back porch! The layout of the house was perfect. With the sliding glass doors and the double sided fireplace! I loved it.

place was nice/ Great view

Neighbors were closer Than I thought they would be, in ear shot. We stopped at the supermarket the check in evening to have filet mignon the first night, but was disappointed to find a rusted grill grate unusable. They did have a Forman grill we used to cook the filets on. I wasn't aware that a place was on a community well so doing our stay we did have bouts of air through the water lines possible well-running dry.

Beautiful view/Clean Cabin

Our stay was wonderful! Clean and beautiful views, but no access to the hot tub, the door keypads didn’t work (so we couldn’t go anywhere), and the remotes to ALL of the televisions needed new batteries. We had to call to get new batteries in the key pads to the door and remotes. Also, please get a new American flag. The one on the cabin is tattered.

Beauty & The Beast

The beauty of this cabin stay was it was clean, well furnhished, comfortable with beautiful mountain view. The beast was the surprise of sudden loss of water pressure followed by no water ar all. When water came back on 90 minutes later, the burst of return pressure caused some faucets to leak at base. Property manager responsive. Informed us that the warer service comes from a community well that is having more issues with maintaing steady water supply. Upon check out told to place all trash in one of two outside containers. Found both containers full. Appears no regular trash pickup.
