Laone was not a problem initially however as the stay progressed there began to be issues that were promptly addressed. The leaking sink pipe she made reference to was addressed the next morning as it was after hours. In regard to the roach infestation, our property has monthly pest control which includes both insect and rodent services. She complained after seeing dead bugs inside the property. As a courtesy i asked the provider to go above and beyond and make additional service appointments at my expense. The company informed me after her reservation that they relayed to her husband that our property was one of the cleanest they had serviced. In her defense she is from the northern states and their insects aren't as prevalent. With that being said, in the deep south there will be insects found inside no matter how vigorous your pest control is. I hate that she had a bad experience however every issue she had was addressed and handled immediately. It should be noted that upon checkout when the property was inspected the front door was left wide open after her departure. Luckily nothing was stolen however pictures were taken for verification purposes.
