Place used towels in hampers provided in each bedroom

Turn off all small appliances and televisions
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking on driveway and underneath carport only. No parking allowed on grass even for loading or unloading.
Smoking and vaping allowed outside only. Preferably on patio or carport area. Butt cans provided on patio. Please use butt cans.
Any defects or damages should be reported upon arrival. Any issues with any equipment or accessories should be reported promptly.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve upon the tranquil setting this Property offers. This cottage is smaller but packs lots of down home feelings like hardwood floors and a spacious yard with lots of trees for shade. Great space for outdoor activities.
