Appreciate the compliment on the STR. Communication and unique stays are what we excel at. It was concerning to hear this was an issue, so I went back to look at our chat history. It appears you had 1 question on the VRBO chat about the volume button on the Roku remote that we replied to in 6 (six) minutes. We sincerely apologize if you attempted more than that, but it may have been a VRBO messenger issue that didn’t allow them to be pushed through for our visibility.
