We had a great stay at Lucia’s place! The apartment was great for two and it was great to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The city center was easily accessible by bus/metro/train. Lucia was very responsive and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!
There wasn’t one detail that was overlooked. Convenient location for activities within and outside of Rome. We traveled by rental car (parking was no problem) and train for the most part. Lucia was very attentive and provided a great guide and suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels allowed.
The apartment was pretty, very clean and the AC worked great. Lucia was extremely helpful and cooperative and let us check in early so we didn't have to drag our bags across Rome. She was always available to answer my questions quickly and provided recommendations for the area. We used public transportation so it took us about 40 minutes or so to get to the main attractions in Rome. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience at the Gemelli cozy home. It was the perfect space for the two of us and our 4 year old. The home was modern, very clean, beds were comfy, and the shower was great. Lucia was a very hospitable and helpful host, attentive and available throughout our stay. She gave us easy travel tips to help navigate the city and restaurant recommendations. This space was close to bus and train stops and far enough away from all the busy hot spots to enjoy some peace and quiet at night. We would stay here again!.
We really enjoyed our stay and it worked very well for us. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely furnished, and quiet. Rome is particularly crowded in the summer, so for our part we enjoyed staying outside of central Rome and away from the tourist crowds. It was nice to dine, or hit a cafe in the morning, alongside locals instead of tourists. The regional train station is only a 10 minute walk to take a short trip into the city. One day we took the train north (instead of south to the city) and enjoyed the day at a lakeside village.
First off, our host was in constant communication from the moment we booked and was very attentive to all our needs. The place was clean, modern and tucked away about 25 min (by car) to downtown Rome. We had a rental car, and we had no problem finding free parking right by the apartment. Also, there is a cute local restaurant literally next door that had extremely fresh food at affordable prices (always a good sign when it’s packed and you’re the only non-locals). There is also a grocery store within a 2 min walk and a gym we were able to get a week pass at that was a 10 min walk (LiveFit). There is also public transport all around if you don’t have a rental car. Highly recommend this place : )
The apartment is pleasant and cozy, just outside Rome. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hostess Lucy is very nice and accommodating . The apartment has everything you need for a short trip. It is easy to get to the city center. Contrary to Lucy's recommendation, we always took the bus, which leaves about 200 meters from the apartment. The bus goes in about 10 minutes to the metro station Cornelia. From there it goes directly into the city center to the sights. Many thanks to Lucy for her courteous assistance.

Dear Albert, I am very pleased that you had a good stay and you are always welcome. You and your wife also are very kind guests.
Thank you for the directions to the centre. I will change my advice by telling guests about the bus, it does indeed seem much faster.
We loved our time staying here! The apartment was clean and tidy, decorated beautifully, and had plenty of space for both of us. It was a lovely to space to relax after busy days in the centre and really quiet when the windows were closed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning and shutters worked really well so it was never too hot in the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent. The area had great cafes and restaurants, and really good and cheap transport to get in to the centre of Rome, including buses back late at night. The restaurant next to the apartment was amazing and we spent lots of time in the local area. It was really affordable to eat out near the apartment, particularly compared to the centre of Rome, so we’re really glad we chose to stay here. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Lucy, we had an amazing time!
The BnB is called “Your cozy home in Rome.” Indeed, it was. The location was a good break from the chaos of the City Centre. It had various bus stops that were walkable. It also had amenities (Restaurants, Pharmacy, Supermarket, etc.) nearby that were also walkable.
The BnB itself had everything we needed for our stay and more. The appliances were up to date, the beds were comfortable. The rest of the stuff in the property was all useful.
Lucia was very easy to talk to. She was responsive, and was very accommodating. She even offered early check in and late check out. The instructions before, during, and after our stay were very precise with pictures for easier understanding.
Overall, we had a good experience and we highly recommend this for your stay in Rome. Thank you, Lucia!

Dear Gwenaelle I would like to thank you for your positive comments and I am therefore a little surprised by the harsh 4-star rating you gave me.
I would like to point out to future guests that the house has a quiet atmosphere and a quiet neighbourhood; it is situated in a quiet street where only the local cars pass, with trees and buildings not adjoining the house; This is a feature of my house that is hard to find in other houses in Rome. The view from the windows is unobstructed as you can see from the photos on the site. The main street is two streets away and the sound of sirens can only be heard in the distance (if you pay attention) with open windows, as in all big cities. No a bird can be heard when windows are closed.
To remove any doubt from those reading this reply, I am prepared to refund the stay to any host who may be disturbed by the noise of sirens or otherwise by staying in my house.
