The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The decor was nice and it had everything we needed. Great location. Many good restaurants and coffee places nearby. Easy to walk to most of the main attractions in Rome. The host was very helpful and responsive.
Perfect location for all restaurants and sites. We used the apartment as a cool down spot in the day as it was very hot when we visited. It was easy to pop back to during our daily excursions and the aircon was so very welcome.
Stefano was quick to respond to any of my questions and helped us with drivers to get us around etc. The apartment was very cute and it had everything we needed. We loved the area especially restaurante La Sora Cencia Trattoria tipica Romana. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly. You're perfectly located for the night life. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
Follow 'SP1' to left of and past 1st City Gate, then to right and along left side of City, past 1st Bus Stop to 2nd Bus Stop on left 'AT TOP of Mountain' and San Matteo Gate 'on your right'. EITHER free park behind Bus Stop on left for 15 minutes to deliver luggage to Pallace just one block inside gate on right, OR drop luggage with companion on right side at benches next to San Matteo Gate, then continue down SP1 to Free Roadside Parking on right or to Free Parking Lot further down on right.
Perfect place to stay! Everything was clean, Stefano was the perfect host and the location was awesome. 100% recommend staying here! We will definitely be back
Fantastic place to stay! It was so central to everything and easy to find and get around. I will definitely stay here again. The host, Stefano was so attentive and answered texts immediately and was great help! Wonderful place! Grazie Mille, Stefano!
The location is outstanding. We explored the wonderful neighborhood we stayed in. Food, wine, gelato all just a few steps away. We went to a great wine bar, Vin Allegro, several times. Gelato at Fior di Luna is not to be missed. When it was time to leave, our walk to Uber pickup was one minute. Loved this property.
The Trestavere area is very quaint and busy. The apartment is right in the heart of the action. However, the apartment itself seemed peaceful and easy to relax in. The AC worked well, and it was a blessing for the afternoon siesta to get through the insane heat wave Rome was having. So, for those of us a bit on the older side, the mattress was pretty firm. The shower was pretty small. But, everything was clean and tidy.
Stefano is an excellent host, providing good communication from the time of booking until departure. The apartment is conveniently located in Trastevere and close to all historical sites.
My wife and I stayed at this apartment on the second leg of our EU trip. The property is well equipped, beautiful, and well maintained. The apartment is centrally located in Trastevere close to the Tiber River.Shops, markets, restaurants, bars, attractions are all right outside.Checkin was all self serve and extremely easy. Communication with Stefano via WhatsApp was seamless.I'd highly recommend staying here for a couple any day - I miss it already.Stefano is an excellent host!Alla prossima, amico mio!
Stefano’s apartment was PERFECT. It was clean, in the perfect area and quiet. You are right in the heart of the food and shopping district and steps away from all the fun but his apartment is tucked away that you did not hear any noise. His communication was excellent and direction to get to and into the apartment were perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome. It is walking distance to all the sites and close to public transit. 10/10. No notes!
This apartment is on a very quiet street, with pedestrian-only streets all around it. It is in close proximity to an abundant number of good restaurants (all rated 4 stars and above on google). We enjoyed the ambiance of Travestere. The apartment was exactly as advertised; good working AC and a comfortable bed. It was very clean. The host was very prompt with communication and flexibility to let us check-in early and depart a bit later than the 10 am check-out time. We would recommend this apartment!
My husband and I stayed here to start off our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! It's the perfect location to walk to sites and so many food options! Stefano was super helpful in getting us rides and very responsive with questions. We couldn't recommend it enough!
Great location, very close to shops/restaurants. Pretty centrally located for the main Rome attractions that require some walking. Stefano was fantastic and extremely responsive. The front door is unlocked by a physical key but remains locked at all times without it. We accidentally locked the key inside, but Stefano helped us out and had us back inside in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Central location that was easy walking distance to all the sites
The apartment is appointed well and on a quiet street despite being in a busy area. Easy to get around and the owners were exceptional when we arrived!
Great location for our first visit to Rome. The Vatican and Colosseum are both within walking distance. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Would stay here again.
Excellent location. Quiet at night and yet easy access to both Trastevere and everything else in Rome. Lovely, well maintained property that provided all the needs. Comfortable and the thoughtful design choices added to the ambiance. All questions were promptly answered. A great stay.
My sister and I found everything we needed there! The street it is on is beautiful ! Restaurants in the area were very good.
The bed was so comfortable to us! We would stay here again!
