Located in Market Square building, best Location in Beaver Creek, right by the ice rink in the HEART of Beaver Creek Village. Be central to everything and be where the action is! Walk to 15 Restaurants, shops, ski school, Buckaroo Gondola, Centennial Lift (chair 6). FREE PRIVATE underground heated parking. Condo sleeps 6 people.

2024 New paint, full kitchen, new appliances, new sheets, new towels, new wall coverings. The condo is air-conditioned!

Ski-in to rear of building via Oxford ski way from Strawberry Park Lift, ski-out from rear of building to Elkhorn chairlift or simply walk to the escalator to Chair 6, children's ski school, and Buckaroo gondola.

MASTER BEDROOM: 1 king bed. HDTV Full bathroom

DEN (2nd bedroom): Queen bed. Den has door that closes (no windows) , HDTV, and FULL BATHROOM with shower.

LIVING ROOM: Seats 5-6; HDTV Gas Fireplace; Air Conditioned. Pull out queen sofa sleeper.

We had a family stay! Condo is just what one needs: comfy beds, good linens, pots & pans, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc. The property manager provided clear instructions on finding & getting into the condo and garage. He was also very quick to respond to questions, and his dinning recommendations were great! The proximity to ski gear, storage and the gondola & lifts is awesome! Makes skiing so easy! We wish we could control the temperature. We turned off the heat and still needed fans and open windows. Bathrooms are a bit dated but everything works and was clean! We had a great stay and would consider coming again.

Wonderful location and beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The location is perfect and right in the middle of Beaver Creek Village so it was convenient for our morning coffee, skiing, rental of ski equipment and restaurants for dinner. Would stay here again when visiting Beaver Creek!

We absolutely loved our stay in Beaver. It was so easy to access ski school and the lofts, and at night everyone could enjoy incrediable access to the village. This rental was the perfect size and location for my family of four. Right in the heart of the action. Easy access to hiking and restaurants with a lovely view of the mountains out the window. Property managers were wonderful and we would absolutely stay again!

Great family ski trip

We had a great stay at this condo over presidents Day weekend. It was so nice to be close to the ski school drop off. We loved being able to eat in the village without having to drive. We did venture to Avon one evening which was very close and easy to get to. The covered parking garage spot was a nice perk. Condo was clean and comfortable.

This condo was in a fantastic location! Really enjoyed being in the center of Beaver Creek Village. Kids went ice skating while us adults had cocktails around the firepits next to the ice rink. Really fun! Skiing was good too....will be back again later this season!

My husband and three children loved staying here! I don’t ski, so I loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants, and my husband and children loved being able to walk to ski school! Everything was fresh, clean, new, and it was easy to communicate with the manager. We will be back!

Our family loved staying in this updated condo in the heart of a Beaver Creek Village. My wife does not ski, and she loved walking around to all the shops and restaurants right out our door, and our 2 kids and I loved having a very short walk to ski school! Reed, the property manager was very responsive. We will be back!

We loved staying at this condo. The location was fantastic. It’s right at the ice rink in the center of Beaver Creek Village. They just finished a kitchen renovation and complete condo refresh right before we stayed here! Really liked the new kitchen and furniture. Reed the property manager was quick to respond when we had questions. Will definitely be back this winter!

We came to the area for a lacrosse tournament, and retreating to this condo every evening was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. I loved that they had nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms, as well as a ton of towels, washcloths, and blankets. It’s situated right in the middle of shops and restaurants, and we could hear life music from our balcony! We also really appreciate the instant communication when I got a bit confused on parking! We had the best time and truly loved our stay.

A Lucky Find

I was very impressed with the condo. Bigger than I was expecting and comfortably furnished. Close to the hill and main restaurants. Reed's directions on how to get in and access the parking were detailed and very helpful. I will be trying to rent this unit again next year if its available!
