Great house in a very convenient location. The extra fridge/freezer in the lower laundry room was very nice! We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. A deer even came all the way up the porch stair to stare at us through the glass one morning. The bedrooms get very dark at night which was great for sleeping.

The house overall was pretty good for what we needed on a short weekend trip. We never actually found the laundry, unsure if it was in the carport area or not?? Did notice that some of the basic kitchen utensils were lacking or broken. The location was great, short walk to the beach, in a mainly quiet area. The house was very clean, and the screened in porch was great! Safety note, there were two large screw heads sticking out of the deck right by the sliding door into the master bedroom.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home for the first time this year. The location to the beach was perfect for quick walking access to set up the tent each morning and for other group members to join us on the beach at their leisure. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch each morning and playing games at the dinner table each night. And look forward to returning next year. A quick note for future renters: the washer and dryer are located downstairs in a room just off the garage, so you might want to bring a laundry basket or bag to transport laundry easily.
