Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, just 15 minutes to the strip, and 5 minutes to Fremont Street, The pool is open for the summer time ONLY from April 1st - September 1. The house is located 2 minutes off the freeway. NOTICE TO GUESTS

Please be advised that although we do our best to keep the outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. As the property includes outdoor spaces, we cannot control natural elements or environmental conditions.

Rental payments apply solely to the house and indoor accommodations. All outdoor amenities including but not limited to the pool, basketball court, and patio areas—are provided as complimentary features and do not affect the rental price.

Short Vegas Spring Break Trip

This house was so close to the airport and all the fun, but was still outside of all the late night partying. The backyard was perfect for two active kiddos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
