We had a great time in Fredrick and Kimberly’s hime. They were so responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many, because the house had everything we needed for a week stay with our friends and their 3 kids. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pool all week long. The house is split level living, giving everyone their own space when needed. Being 15 minutes to the strip and Freemont was really nice when we did want to venture out. Overall we had a wonderful time in this home.

The host was extremely responsive and accomodating the house is spacious clean and modern.. the pool and hot tub were great. We even got our flights delayed and were sble to stay longer to accomodate i will be staying again in dec.

I was extremely pleased with house & amenities. Being almost 80 and having a bad right leg, having a bannister in/out of pool would be very helpful. Unable to hold on to something made getting in and out of pool extremely difficult for me. Would readily consider returning with this improvement.

This house was amazing!! It fit all members of our party comfortably. The pool was a huge hit for my kids and the pool table was an awesome extra. The house is exactly as described and its located in a clean and quiet part of Las Vegas. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fred and Kimberly were wonderful host and was very responsive when we had questions. This home is definitely worth the stay and we 100% will rent from them again when we make it back to Las Vegas next. Absolutely recommend!!!
