This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is a top floor end unit, with a vaulted ceiling, natural color decor, and a Gas Fireplace to provide warmth and comfort after a day out on the Slopes. You will find spectacular mountain views through your sliding glass doors which let in natural light and lead out to your private deck with your own BBQ.

Within this 1,800-square-foot residence, your Family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The condominium sleeps 7 in beds.

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-free meals. There is a dining table set for 8 and bar seating at the kitchen island.

Living: With the open concept living room, your family can lounge on the sofa and chairs, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. Gather around the stone fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room. Large, wood-framed glass doors lead out to the private deck overlooking beautiful mountain views.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a handsome king-size platform bed. The en-suite master bathroom offers dual sinks, a soaker tub, separate private toilet, and a separate Walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and twin bed. The en-suite guest bathroom offers a dual shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom features 2 twin beds. The bedroom has access to the hallway guest bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens.Bathrooms are stocked with L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer. Also provided is start-up bathroom tissue.

The condo is located directly on the route of the FREE city-wide Shuttle bus to help you experience Park City's Historic Main Street with plentiful shops, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment. If you prefer, you can Walk along City Creek to either the park or to Main Street.

Perfect for our Anniversary Stay-vacation!

This condo was perfect. KBM's instructions were well communicated and the place was extremely clean. Walk to Main Street and our favorite restaurant, The Bridge! Will come back again!

The property was as expected. The location was great for starting off on Town Lift and for shopping and eating out on Main Street. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the management and concierge service kept in good contact with us prior to arriving. We had no issues during our four-day stay and also liked having the covered parking.

Beautiful

Beautiful spacious apartment with lots of room and sleeping options . Third floor unit so it has vaulted ceilings and views. Well equipped kitchen and amenities with a large family dining table. I would definitely rent this again.

We had a great time during our four-day stay at Town Pointe managed by KBM. The condo was as expected. It was ready and clean, up to our standards, when we arrived. It worked out great for ease of access to Town Lift for skiing and boarding and to Main Street for shopping and eating. Communication with management was good prior to our arrival and while there. We were pleased with our accommodations and our experience.

Upon arrival, kitchen garbage bins were full of trash. Outdoor deck BBq area was messy with dirty dish. Hot water heater broke and had to be replaced mid stay. Didn’t have hot water for 12 hours. Mgmt offered a late check out but not enough to make things right.

Our stay in Town Point Condos

We enjoyed our stay in the Town Point Condos. The location was especially good because it was centrally located. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The layout was good in that there was a central eating and gathering area that was somewhat removed from the bedrooms and bathrooms. Since we were on the 3rd floor, we especially appreciated the elevator to the parking garage. We had only one major complaint, and I had a minor one. The major is the TV reception was not consistently good: there were random interruptions when we would loose the signal, and last for varying periods of time. Turning the TV off and on helped sometimes, but not always. My son and daughter-in-law were particularly annoyed by this problem. We really didn't consider it worth our while time wise to report this problem during out stay. We didn't want to take the time waiting around for a maintenance person to check it out. The minor complaint, since I often washed some dishes by hand, was that there was only one towel in the kitchen, a hand-towel. There were no dish towels for drying any dishes or pots/ pans.
