Step into the epitome of style, comfort, and convenience in our newly-renovated townhome, majestically nestled in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Central District. Our house is designed to make you feel right at home, with stylish rooms and all the amenities you need.

Welcoming up to 9 guests, our townhome presents 3 newly decorated bedrooms (along with 2 sofa beds, there are 6 beds in total) and 2.5 bathrooms. We've recently updated the house with new appliances, so everything's fresh and new.

This house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which allows it to host a maximum of 9 guests. For the sleeping arrangements, please see below for the breakdown:
- 1 king bed (sleep 2)
- 1 queen bed (sleep 2)
- 1 twin over full bunk bed (sleep 3)
- 2 sofa beds (sleep 2)

This house also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals. New appliances are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.

You will have access to the entire house.

Positioned smack dab in the middle of the city, our location is a springboard to a wealth of city adventures. Whether you fancy a peaceful stroll to nearby parks and shops or a gastronomic exploration of local cafes and Seattle's finest restaurants, everything is at your fingertips. With downtown just a 10-minute drive away, and the I-5 and Hwy 520 highways in close proximity, even Bellevue and Redmond are easily accessible for spur-of-the-moment day trips.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
