Proximity to the beach was awesome and place has everything we needed for our stay. Local restaurants were amazing with incredible food and staff. Any questions we had were answered immediately.

Loved hearing the waves and the easy walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week and used private drivers for a few excursions. We felt safe and the property was in good condition. We enjoyed Playa Ocotal most of all the beaches we visited! We definitely got a work out in going to and from the beach day - be prepared for stairs!

Wonderful property, gorgeous views from the balcony including lots of bird and even monkeys! Snorkeling from the beach was exactly what we had hope for (several different colourful fishes and swimming in schools of fish). A rental car made the stay worryfree as we were able to head to Coco whenever we needed anything. Sunset colors were gorgeous in Ocotal but we couldn't see the sunset directly on the horizon. A drive over to Playa Hermosa one evening, checked that off of our trip bucket list.Communication with staff was excellent. Would gladly stay here again!

We chose this location due to the proximity to the beach and that it had a pool. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was perfect for watching the sunsets. It was in a great location. It was just a short drive to several great restaurants and grocery stores in Playa Coco. There is a great restaurant near the condo, Father Roosters where we had an amazing meal, I recommend the poke bowl with tuna. This property had a great array of kitchen supplies. We did not do much cooking so it was perfect for us. But if you like to cook, you will need to purchase spices. Please be advised that if you have difficulty walking specifically up and downstairs, there are many stairs to walk to and from the beach.The staff at Rich Coast were nothing short than amazing. Mila and Chris were very helpful. They were available via email prior to the trip and WhatsApp during the trip. Mila was always quick to respond. We also rented a car directly through them, which was super nice as it was dropped off at our condo.If you are looking for a quiet location in a perfect setting, I definitely recommend renting this VRBO. I look forward to returning to Costa Rica and working with Rich Coast again.

We had a great time at Los Almendros! Easy walk to a quiet beach, good restaurant and 3 nice and quiet pools on site. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the condo we stayed in from the beach and pools, so keep that in mind if you have any physical limitations. The management was so helpful and communicative! Would definitely recommend this location.

Just Lovely

The property did not disappoint with access to pools, beaches, restaurants and even wildlife. Imagine coffee at sunrise with birds and monkeys while taking in an incredible ocean view.

Awesome Location, Well-equipped house

This place was incredible. Wonderful views of the beach. The house was so well-stocked. The rental team was so helpful and just a text away if anything was needed. The beach is a special one and a quick walk. The pools on the property was nice. This was a wonderful trip. The rental team was also very helpful and kind when I left my my passport behind! Beautiful beach and surrounds.

The unit was as described and in excellent and clean condition. The view of the beach/bay is amazing from the patio. We would stay here full time if we weren't interested in seeing other areas of CR.

This place is peaceful and has a superb location. Only about a 2 minute walk to the beach and in a gated community. The guards actively watch over things during the night. With only a few min drive to Coco, you can rent a golf cart and zip to Coco where there are so many local shops and grocery stores the beach. It's a lot of fun, views are spectacular, 3 pools to choose from and clean accommodations. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic

Lovely condo. Quiet location. 1 minute walk to the beach. Spent hours on the balcony watching the wild life enjoying coffee in the morning and margaritas in afternoon 😋 Don't be afraid to rent this condo. It had everything you needed at a good price.

What a great time we had- the unit was exactly as pictured and very well stocked with supplies for cooking, coffee, beaching, and laundry so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Awesome air conditioning too. The management was very responsive and helpful when we had a question and even delayed our check out time because of our flight time. I would absolutely stay here again!
