Great stay in coco!!

Ilya was the best host we've had when renting from VRBO. Everything was as advertised, he was very kind, attentive and made us feel very comfortable in the condo.Everything you need is within walking distance. The pools were great, the beach was beautiful. I would highly recommend renting from Ilya, such a great rental and great host!

The stay was amazing! Ilya was absolutely the BEST host I’ve ever experienced over all of my travels! He gave us a full tour of the unit and property. We felt totally comfortable staying there. It is in a relatively convenient location and it felt safe. Ilya helped with recommendations and even arranged transportation from the airport. The unit had everything we could possibly need (including a washer and dryer). Absolutely fantastic!

Ilya was absolutely THE BEST host ever. He provided many great suggestions and was always available for questions. The property was fully equipped with anything you can imagine! Great size, wonderful air conditioning with the most amazing views! The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes, however with all the pool options you don't even need to leave the property! Highly recommend anyone to stay at Illya's property. Thanks Ilya!
